Workout


Conquer!!! that is what I am doing today with these workouts.200 squats,200 bicycle crunches, 100 crunches, 1 min plank, 20 leg raises, 20 jumping jacks and 10 push ups. A lot? I know. But I want to reach my reach my fitness goal and I want to achieve. Sore? I am but that means its working. LIVE EAT, CONQUER YOUR WORKOUT.
